I felt terrible! These guys stayed working until after 12am! I'm not sure what time they left 'cause I went to bed!
When I came home at 5, the cement trucks had pulled off & the 'guys' were smoothing out the slab. Every hour it looked like they were done. Then one of the workers went to get some fast food & they ate in the dark on the driveway!! :(
I would have ordered pizza had I known! The worst part about it was I was grilling steaks for our dinner!!!! (I really did think they were finished & leaving any minute, not realizing 'curing' a slab takes a LONG time).

that is so funny about yall cooking steaks... i can just see the man "man that smells good"!
the only problem i have with that is we were not there! dad gum it!
